Jennifer Ridosh
Jennifer Ridosh is the founding Principal of Kesher Academy and brings a wealth of experience and passion to the school community. Her educational journey spans a diverse range of roles, including teaching second and fourth grade, serving as an Instructional Strategist, and spending time in Kindergarten and fifth grade classrooms within CCSD. Most recently, she spent four years as an Assistant Principal at a local charter school, where she further developed her leadership and instructional expertise.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ridosh has been recognized for her dedication and impact in education. Her honors include the Teacher of the Game Award (2017), the Superintendent’s Challenge Coin Award (2020), the Nevada PEP Award (2025), and being named a three-time finalist for the prestigious Heart of Education Awards.
Ms. Ridosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, and an additional Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She is also TESL certified and licensed, a qualification that has been instrumental in supporting the diverse student populations of the Las Vegas and Henderson communities.
Outside of school, Ms. Ridosh enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, their children, and their dogs, Goldie and Annie. Her personal interests include reading, traveling, exploring new restaurants, playing disc golf, visiting the driving range, and seeking out adventurous experiences such as ziplining.
As she looks ahead to the upcoming academic year, Ms. Ridosh is especially excited to collaborate with Kesher Academy’s incoming Kindergarten through second-grade students and to support their growth during these formative years. She firmly believes that with a strong support system in place, all students can achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
